Hello sir I have booked a flight in goair .. due to some medical emergency I didn't travel.. company provided me with the credit shell on my pnr but amount is not refunded to my bank account.. i might not able to travel in nearby days and company is not providing any refund to bank account.. kindly resolve my issue
