I have booked a flight ticket through Travolook on **th Nov **** from COK- BOM but money debited from my account and not received the ticket but they agreed to refund within ** days . So far not received the refund and I made number of calls and mails to customer service but their responses are not satisfactory and not sure about the refund . Even after completing ** days they repeat the same message of again ** days.
