Cleartrip - REFUND AGAINST CANCELLED FLIGHT

, I booked a flight ticket from cleartrip website on ** feb **** with booking id ******************** with PNR UYJF*M/LBERMC for KIEV UKRAINE TO NEW DELHI on ** feb ****. For INR *****/. But on the same day ** feb **** Russia Ukraine war started and the flights were cancelled by the airline, I received a e- mail and message from Turkish airline that your flight has been cancelled and they apologies for the inconvenience and they offered me a free rebooking within one year or to claim full refund within two years which I shared with cleartrip. They raised an RA vide no.********** on ** january ****. As I make the booking from cleartrip so the airline directly cannot entertain me, for any changes or refund related issues cleartrip is responsible and answerable to its customer who book from his website. so I approached and contacted cleartrip customer care for support number of times and also spoked with their seniors ( Name mentioned TEJASWANI and many more) but they are just wasting my precious time
