Flight booking got cancelled due to pandemic and refund was initiated. Only partial refund was credited to my account even though all relevant details were provided. Have been following up with Make my trip team for the last * months. There is no email support or voice support for refund. It takes **-**mins every call to connect for Vande bharat booking route and the support staff cannot help as they are from sales team. They take request for call back from refund team and no call back happens. Kindly do resolve at earliest
