I had purchased a double door refrigerator in last year may month. My refrigerator is not working good from last * months. I had a complaint so many times but not able to get any good solution.
Item details -- whirlpool *** l *-star frost free double door refrigerator (if *** elt alpha steel (*s), alpha steel) | b**wlklap* ( b**wlklap* ) hsn: ****
After long followups engineer has changed some parts in the refrigerator on **th May ****. But still, the same problem is in our refrigerator. Whirlpool team is justing wasting the time not even single time my refrigerator get working fine when I ask them to replace the freeze. They ask for depreciation charges but why I pay as it's under warranty and getting problem regular.
Bad service no trained engineer to rectify the problem. I am mentally torched by there representative. Last * months of work without a refrigerator.
