We have been trying to get in touch with Yatra so badly from last three weeks. First reply we received was on **th March asking if we can check with the airlines for the refund. if they process the refund than Yatra can process the same. However, we got in touch with Etihad airlines and they mentioned that they can process cancellation or offer travel vouchers for future purposes if we have made the bookings directly with them. In case the bookings were made from third party then we must contact third party (which is Yatra in my case). I have shared all these details with Yatra. However, they have stopped responding to all of my emails. I have been following up with them every * to * days. It is so disappointing.
