Redbus - Redbus refund issue

So when i was travelling in Redbus from the city Ahemdabad to Dhoraji at ** - ** - **** from **.** am after ** km passing the route bus broke down midway so i patiently waited for solution but bus operator said he'll manage something after * hour bus mechanic came and said it's not possible to resolve the issue happened on the bus right now so bus operator said we'll arrange another bus and after * hour new bus came and Main issue here is redbus also i raised complain against this issue and they just said they can't manage refund even after at * am i said I'll manage on my on still they didn't responded well so right now i just need compensation for delaying my time for * hr
