We have booked the bus from panvel to kolhapur.But because of our running train is getting late today because of heavy rain problem on rail track. We are getting late * hrs from daily arrival time.So we want to adjust in another bus from panvel to kolhapur.Plz take action on this as soon as possible.If u can't adjust then plz refund our fare .
