Redbus - Bus operator cancelled my booking without even informing me

I have booked for a bus from redbus for **th of October from pune to chandrapur the bus departure time is *:** pm afternoon bus got delayed so I called the bus driver then he said he will reach there at * pm and lied to me that bus departure time is * pm so I understood it's not some delay when I talked to bus operator and driver they're saying that ask redbus you booked bus online so ask them and the customer service of redbus is poor they don't even understand the situation my bus got delayed for more than * hours after that when bus arrived at the the location they don't have my booking in their list so it's basically a fraud.
