We booked the charted bus via red bus
Bhuj to Ahmedabad * st nov ****

This tickets is flexible and we are not able to change due to red bus app technical error

We want the *nd nov **** ticket. After so much try we are cancelled the ticket and booked other ticket via red bus app.

We are not satisfied with your services.

We loss our *** rs due to your mistake.

We continue call with you but not response only ai generated call which is not used for us.

We want full refund of this ticket instead of partial refund.
