Redbus - Cheated bu bus operator and not getting refund from the redbus

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from RedBus and one of your associated bus operators. On October * I booked a bus through redbus platform, but the operator failed to pick me up from the location I had booked. When I raised this concern with their agent, I was instructed to board a new bus and assured that a refund would
be processed. However, the next day, the bus operator contacted me and blackmailed me into booking directly with them and dropping my claim for a refund. As an existing customer, I am appalled by the treatment I received, especially given my medical condition. Despite attaching audio recordings of our conversation and raising concerns before the scheduled departure time,
my issue remains unresolved.
