I ordered from Zomato and they gave me a wrong order and when I tried to get a refund they gave me a replacement order which was also wrong when I tried to get a refund again they kept me waiting for more than five hours. I talked to * different customer service, executives and everyone kept Transferring the call and delaying the call and not responding properly being completely rude and not providing a proper solution and when I finally got mad and yelled, they said they will not talk because the customer is not behaving properly. This is completely unexpectable. I was patient and I was trying to Get my refund because they gave me wrong order twice and they were trying to scam me for a coupon. I was trying to stay patient all this time and when I finally got mad, they refused to pay me back
