Dear Team
Very very sad to inform you that I order * bluetooth earphones from realme and one is good but one air pod gives work only one hour after changing many hours
Wrote mail to company to provide return and refund but for purchase of new asking to go to service center or in covid time asking to visit realme store to change it, its so bad that heating ear after using this I felt my previous bluetooth ear phone is much much better
My concern is how poor customer support !!!...no body available on phone to guide , mail also got reverted when wrote to Madhav the CEO on Twitter and in mail they refuse to take it back and pay back money
How such company can strive hard money of people by making them fool and giving such faulty product
They don't want to replace with good or refund amount so can get better product.
