sir i ordered loreal extenso shampoo,condition and serum everything in combo on **november **** and i got my order on ** november **** but when i saw so that was not even orignal and seems already used product andwhen i tried to complain in club factory so there were saying that it is non returnable product but sir it is not right mt money is totally wasted now what is the use of those products seems garbage i totally wasted my money please sir provide me refund my money i am really upset
