I placed an order on Amazon India through their application on *th october for * things.
*.Marshall Major iv Bluetooth on-ear Headphones and
*.Blaupunkt Atomik BB** Wireless Bluetooth party speaker
both of which are sold by the retailer named
APPARIO RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED
The order ID is ***-*******-*******.
I received the order on **th October **** and since this was the first time I ordered smething of high value from Amazon, I decide to make an Inboxing Video of the same . Upon opening the package, I was shocked to see that the MARSHALL Bluetooth Headphone was missing and the package only had the BLAUPUNKT Atomik Bluetooth speaker.
Then began my true ordeal of trying to seek resolution of my problem from the Amazon customer support team . They raised an investigation and asked me to share the unboxing video on email id's provied by them. When I sought an update on the investigation after *-* days , they told me that as per their investigation, the complete package has been delivered to me.
Since them I called them counteless times and wrote alot of mails only to receuve no response at all. Then after arranging for some internal emails I again wrote to them highlighting my issue and this time I received a call back from Akshay from the Executive Customer Relations team who acknowled the receipt of my unboxing video and also acknwoleged that something seems to have gone wrong and he is raising an investigation and I will be provied with a resolution within *-* business days .
However again since then I have approached them *-* times over mail only to receive the same response that the investigation is taking time and they wil update me . Its been more than ** days now since I received the empty box and have not been provided with any resolution .
I am constrained to file this complaint now since I have exhausted all my patience. The people at Amazon have dealth with me as if i am some thief and anm trying to loot them.
I have suffeered uncalled for mental strain and financial harassment because of this whole ordeal and I want to seek damages from them for this as well.
