Paytm Mall - Received Damaged Product

I have placed an order on paytm mall for Morphy Richards ** RCSS OTG and received the product on **rd July in damaged condition. Handle was broken, dents on few places and also packaging was bad. Raised a compliant with paytm but they say it is in discussion and nothing else. We are helpless after we paid the huge amount. Please help.
