I have ordered a Samsung *** litres double door refrigerator from Flipkart on April *th and has received a product on **th. When the installation guy opened the box there was a dent on the door. Then I kept it for replacement. Since then they have been making fake promises that it will be resolved by so and so date. But haven't received any help through Flipkart.
