From facebook ad, I have seen this ARC air cooler on Recreate.in. They were offering Rs. ** discount and Rs. *** cashback. I had made order and payment through paytm. But I did not get a discount and cashback. I understood that this website Recreate.in is cheating. So I mailed them immediately to cancel my order and refund my money. But they denied saying that your product has been shipped. Then I received a damaged and defective product. Which I want to return them but they are not responding to my email. Also, their customer care no is either out of reach or busy always. So I am not able to return the product also can not use it being damaged. Here facebook and paytm are also for making collaborations with this fake website. I want to return this defective product and my money refund back.
