I ordered Airpods Pro from Amazon, and I received it on **th December ****. After checking, the serial on the box, and inside the charging case of the Airpods Pro was different, I complained to Amazon customer service regarding the same on **th itself and they said they will be giving me a follow up call on **th. I haven’t received any call, yet. Also, I had a chat with Apple Care, and they said the serial on my Airpods Pro isn’t linked with any product or Airpods Pro provided by apple.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
