Dear Sir/Mam,
I have ordered realme buds air on **-**-**** and i am taking regular followuo from the company and thery were saying you have to wait for *-** days for order to be delievered to customer,but yesterday dated *-**-**** company automatically change my status order to return as per client instructions whereas i have not given any instructions to company or courier vendor.
They all are liars and just making the mocery of the sytem they dont care how much i am the sufferer in this case and now todays morning i got a mail from them informing me that your order has been cancelled and money will be refunded.
I am shocked the way they are behaving to their customers instead of providing solution they have cancelled my order without my consent.Below are the details of the order placed
