Dear sir, I m Manoj Kumar Baverwal resident in new delhi-******. This is to inform you that I buy Samsung *** fridge double door dated * September **, demo done on * September ****, within ** days only new Samsung fridge compressor and pcb not working. I registered complaint on ** September ****. Samsung enginee visit and advice to change fridge both part. Please clear to me why I change new fridge part I buy new fridge on Samsung plaza showroom not second hand scrap shop. I m facing problem from yesterday all my food milk products had been waste. Very rude behaviour from supervisor sonal at your side they refused my request to change the product. He ask date of purchase I verbally told him ** to ** days before he assumed wrong date. Actual invoice date of purchased attached. Now you are force me to go consumer complaint against Samsung products. We buy this product no * Samsung in this electronic field but my experience is very bad. Now I don't want any product from samsung. Please refund my money. All invoice/bill are enclosed for your ready reference. If my problem not solve within * days. I will be post this complaint review on all social media. I will never recommend Samsung products to my contact. I requesting u again please resolve my problem immediately effect. Otherwise I don't have any option
