I have submitted my application form through https://rationcardagent.co.in/application/. Before payment they will display message " You will receive your documents within *-** working days ". But once paid you will get different Message
*. Complete the form by affixing Photo and the Signatures and Other requirements.
*. Take this form along with the supporting documents – (Proof of identity) and (proof of Address) and (proof of date of birth) of all the Family Members to your nearest Food and Civil supplies Department office and submit the same.
This draw my attention if I have to coordinate with Food and Civil supplies Department office then what for I am paying rupees ***. Hence I called on their Number +** ********** | +** ********** and they didn't pick up the phone. On enquiry on website I found several complaints against them filed up. Please take a strong action against them..
