Dear Swiggy,
With utmost torment, I am writing this email to you.
As you can see from the subject content above mentioned, this is in regard to yesterday’s my order No. ***********
I had ordered Christmas Special Rich Plum Cake (*** gms) and what I had received in much lesser quantity one. The Plum Cake delivered to me is only *** Grams. Please do also find attached the pictures.
I reached the help section on the APP and raised the issue. There also the executive who attend me, made sure that I SUFFER much more than what else I had already suffered due to wrong item delivered to me.
The executive seems not keen on providing immediate relief and just behaved like a machine.
Hence, I demand immediate replacement of Plum Cake with the quantity which I had ordered OR COMPENSATE ACCORDINGLY FOR LOSS SWIGGY MADE ME UNDERGO
