amazon india - product or refund not delivered by amazon

i ordered on **-Sep and seller cancelled the my order on **-Sep , i contacted to customer support on **-sep and they said , seller will contact you ,as it is *rd party seller they will contact you and you can pay them .
Immediately i got call from some number "***********"
they said calling from amazon seller , you order is cancelled from us if you make payment to us again we will delivered it .

before this call only i had call with customer support so as they said seller will contact you and you can pay them .
i did payment to them and informed @Amazon. and also ask them verify my payment and delivered my product as soon as possible . I made payment on **/sep and inform amazon and said them to contact seller and delivered my product and Today its **-Oct and till now they are trying to contact seller (haha)

and now they are saying to me it could be fraud transaction .
but still they are not able to contact seller and get it verified if it is right transaction .

very worst service i faced by amazon , i believe flipkart do late delivery but it gives immediate response to customer and they can contact seller very well .

Main point

i still not received my order or refund .
my order id is " ***-*******-*******" and they still trying to connect seller and trying to validate my payment
and now they are saying seller is fruad and we can't refund as u paid to seller directly but they only said that seller will contact you .
