I had placed an order for air cooler on **.*.** on croma.com with full payment and it was supposed to be delivered on *.*.** and today its already *th and they neither respond to my calls nor have contacted me.Whomever I call once, they block my no. I don't even know if my money is gone.First the delivery date was *.* then they changed to *.* then *.* and now **.*..they are doing all this without even informing me once.I am going through such mental trauma. Everyday *** times i am calling on their no.,either no one responds or says call later and then block my no.They won't even cancel my order. Even they don't care about any complaints in any forum.
