Croma Retail - Faulty Spilt AC is not being replaced

Bought a spit AC from Croms store (dwarka sector **) on **-May for **,*** (approx). Installation was done on next day but the AC was faulty and making noise when the engineer installed the AC on the wall. We complained multiple times and even their engineer visited multiple times but couldn't fix the issue. At the end it was recommended by engineer to replace the AC Until now no action has been taken and when we visit or call Croma we are given excuse that there is too much rush and it will take time.
