i ordered a t.v at amazon.in model no: sanyo 123.2 cm (49 inches) nxt full hd ips led tv xt-49s7200f (,order # 171-4817992-0003533 on 27.10.2018 by paying through visa debit card ( its a prepaid order).the said product has not been delivered to me yet against schedule delivery date of 30.10.2018. i"ve contacted their customer care department around 10-15 times and every time their customer care department persons fooled me and the most interesting and explosive one was by mr. prasoon on 03.11.2018 stating that my payment has not been made yet.later on he confirmed me of receiving payment.i have that recording of telephonic conversation .
after this big joke by their company people i decided to cancel my order and when i made this request on 03.11.2018 to mr. vivek of large appliance department,he simply refused it saying that it is not possible to cancel your product now as the product has not been shipped yet.neither they are shipping and delivering my product nor they are refunding my money by cancelling my order.if you will ask i can provide you the call recordings and mails of all these conversations which i had with their different customer care departments persons.i even mailed to their company ceo and country head but all in vain.
Resolution Demanded: Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
