amazon has been fooling me for last * times on the product "Nilkamal Freedom Cabinet Without Mirror (Brown)". First time when i ordered they DIDN'T delivered me the product and wrongly updated the status saying can't reach the customer when no one called me nor was the delivery attempted. I called the customer care and they said they will deliver it next day which also DIDN't happen and again I had to call the customer care. They a had no clue on why it is not delivered and raised an exchange from their end and said I will received it now. To my frustration again the same thing repeated the product reached the delivery station and they DENIED to deliver the product, I had to call atleast ** times to connect with them and they said we will refund you (after my several calls) and asked me to re-order and this time they will personally ensure that it will be delivered. However the third time again the same thing has repeated and I received the status saying it's NOT going to be delivered from the Delivery station. Please see the attached image. From last *-* days I am going through a very huge pain and it's impacting my personal and professional life because my money is blocked and they are not delivering the product not responding me or calling me back. I complained on the social media (Facebook) too and still they have no resolution. Now they have blocked me on Facebook am not allowed to raise my concern on their facebook page. I have all the evidences on how many times I called them and they never reached me proactively. Even now they haven't responded to my email. I want to send a legal show cause notice and resolution to this issue and compensation for the pain that i have been through for last *-* days which has impacted my personal and professional life. I sincerely look forward to your help and have high hopes in getting your support
