I have ordered two Computer glasses from Lenskart on **th November. At the time of ordering, it was told it will be delivered within * days. But after * days it has automatically returned to warehouse. I ordered it again and the same thing happened for *th time now. When I contact them, they are saying there is some problem with the operation and are not able to find a solution for that. When I try to chat with them, the agent come first and when i describe my problem with them, they will transfer the chat to AI based chat which is of no use for me.
