Hi, I placed an order for Honor Play Midnight Black (*GB + ** GB) on ** August **** on amazon but got missing product. I got this product by ** august ****, i got the box where phone is not there only the user manuals and others. I place a complaint against it to customer care, they told me to wait for around * days, but after * days they told me that we can't do anything init, this is not our responsibility, they told me that you have lost your money of *****/INR. I request them a lot of time, but all is vain. Now then i decided to put a complaint against them on your portal , please help me regarding the same.
