The residence address was chosen from zomato location map. But the food was not delivered as the location was incorrect. I wrote to zomato stating that the pre-packed and dry snacks have a self-life of ** days. I can collect from outlet or zomato refund my money. But they refused to refund.
This is a packed, pre-prepared and dry snack ordered. If not delivered at the address that doesn't mean that they were wasted. I spoke to the delivery guy Rakesh at ***** ***** and he returned the material to the outlet as he called right from the outlet and did not move an inch. This order Order ID: ********** was declined due to wrong address whereas Order ID: ********** was delivered by correcting the address.
This proves that Zomato is cheating on customers. Please ask Zomato to pay back customer.
