I brought my royal Enfield Himalayan on January **th **** since then the bike was facing lot of issues
The first issue was tappet issue was thankfully resolved by **% its been * months now the bike cone set is damage and the reason given by service center is due to rains
And my bike be in a private parking i hardly took my bike in rains i just took it twice in rains.
Now they are telling me that they will grease the cone set and give me and also charge me for it
Y should i pay for the poor quality of bike ?
Its just **** km in that the cone set is gone there is rusting everywhere paint chipping in an * month old bike bike stalls without no reason
Seriously?
Royal Enfield not so royal anymore
People buy Royal Enfield in a hope in a expectation
Please Royal Enfield do take your customer seriously
U take them for granted
Value there money they pay u
They trust u and u just break it
