I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Riding Boots I recently purchased from the official Royal Enfield website. After Just one use, The boots' front padded material (cloth) is peeling off from multiple areas, and they have developed creaks, indicating potential quality issues.

For your reference, I have attached images highlighting the defects, along with the purchase invoice.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. Please inform me of the steps I should follow to resolve this issue, whether it involves returning or exchanging the product.
