Royal Enfield - Poor communication and misinformation to the customer

My Himalayan had a fuel leak and it was taken to the service centre by road side assistance. There was no message or call saying that they had started the work or finished. I had to call them multiple times and ask about the status. They informed me that there wont be any cost and it will be covered in warranty. But when I went to collect the motorcycle they charged me *** rupees. The service advisor failed to inform me anything and the manager is saying that he is not responsible for it.
