Hi Team,
I am reaching out to address an ongoing issue with my bike. Today, August **, ****, I am at Wonder Motors, and they have denied my request to change the fuel pump wire under warranty.
Last week, on August *, I took my bike to the service center for a basic check-up and to address a few concerns before my trip, which was planned for August *-**. At that time, nobody informed me about a potential issue with the fuel pump wire, even though my bike was experiencing starting problems. Despite that, they managed to make a temporary repair and returned the bike to me.
During my trip, I encountered multiple issues, including the engine light turning on and persistent starting problems. On August ** or **, I got to know about the fuel pump issue and i mentioned it during a call with customer care. I struggled to return to Jaipur from Dwarka, which is approximately *,*** km away, and this significantly disrupted my trip.
Now, at the service center, they are refusing to change the fuel pump wire, which is a warranty part. I faced a similar issue last year when a service engineer accidentally broke my fuel pump pipe and wire during a service appointment. Although the service center told me that they replaced the part, I later found out that it was never changed; they merely adjusted the existing wire, which is a serious concern for me. I am confused as to how an authorized service center can treat customers this way. I have an extended warranty, but the service center is currently denying service, which is unacceptable. I have already paid for this service, and I expect it to be honored.
