I put my bike to Electronic City motors, Bangalore, Hosur main road, Singasandara,****** as my bike was stuck by another bike on Tuesday that is **- Nov-**** and I came to service centre on Wednesday that I am having issue with the bike as its handle was tilted. The advisor there straight away told me that it’s a handle issue and will take * days to resolve. I asked him to lodge my complaint but he was swaying it will affect their TAT and lodged complaint after talking to ASM of that area who told me that they will resolve it in now next * days that they came from * days to * days straight away. I came to take my bike on ** Nov and I was continuously telling them that its handle is still not straight but they were arguing continuously. When they further checked with mechanics they already told them that it is fork bend and they have not done that. Now I have paid **** already and they are telling me to pay **** more for this and I am facing such harrasment. Please help to resolve the issue by by tomorrow, that is ** Nov and I will not pay that extra charges now
