Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Online Food Odering
The issue that I have experienced was: Ordered items were pathetic, items were rotting. Dal makhni, paneer were served stale & spoiled. Rotting smell was coming from it. Don't play with customers health in this pandemic. Naan were burned too. Pathetic. It was unfit for human consumption. Disgusting. Complained to Zomato, got a call from irresponsible Zomato executive he didn't even listen my issues, he straight away given the clean chit to the restaurant, blamed me, showed attitude, & refused to refund my money. They are taking their valuble customers for granted. So rude he was. He Told me to write feedback. Come on why should I write feedback if the whole items were stale. Money got wasted. Kindly refund my money.
