zomato food app - Problem in order from zomato

i place order on zomato with order number ********** on **/**/** at **:** pm but the delivery boy at first refuse to deliver saying that his scooter's battery died and he did not reached to take the order and after one and a half hour he changed the battery and said to deliver and in between he said zomato is not allowing me to cancel the order as they are forcing me to deliver so this is very pathetic service of zomato and i also talked to resturant where i order he said i prepared the food very early but no one comes to receive and if they deliver me now the food would be cold or baasi in hindi its not fresh
