We have bought a new Cot from Pepperfry Bangalore Whitefield showroom in the month of Feb **** With a *-year warranty(Order number -Order No ********* Product Got damaged -Takai Queen Size Bed in Wenge Finish)
After * months the material came up with damage by peeling up the outer skin and fading away from the color, due to fungal infection. We raised a complaint and the Technician from their side visited the site and concluded with a replacement of complete material. Since we didn't get any proper response through mail or call, we contacted Pepperfry customer care and the response from the other side was disgusting. Not even listening to the complaint they just end up the conversation by saying it's damaged due to moisture in-room atmosphere. We even contacted the Pepperfry showroom manager at Whitefield Bangalore, the response from there was also the same. We are so disappointed now while trying to dismantle the cot for home shifting. The material has broken up into several pieces due to the prolonged existence of fungus. Now it became a complete scarp material for no use.
