The opted for a renewal of a policy that I had already bought from policy baazar. Advisor convinced me to port my policy to Religare health insurance.However than I received few forms to fill and send them to a particular address.After receiving the form I again called policy bazar and told them that this is contrary of what was told to me (it was told to me this port process was hasless free and easy. Even I got a call from Religare which told me that port process is paper less ).After this we agreed to have a new policy .
Till now they have not issued me a new acceptable policy.At last in order to avoid cancellation clever advisors issues me a fake policy with wrong details .These false information would critically hamper my claim prospects. They never confirmed these details to me and filled these details themselves to avoid cancellation.
Now they have harassed me mentally by putting my family at risk by not issuing the policy or the money.
