Dear sir / madam
My name is subhasish Banerjee. I am an existing policy bazaar customer. My registered mobile number is **********, My ticket id - PB*********.
I bought a policy through policy bazaar on **th feb ****.my policy was health optima, policy copy attached in mail.
This year at the time of renewal I added my baby who is now * month (discharge certificate attached) and my spouse surname changed after marriage. Proforma insurance also attached for your reference.
On *th feb i paid Rs. *****/- for * adults (me & spouse) and my baby. but after several follow-up i came to know that star health is unable to provide any cover for my baby it will provide next year. When I came to know this, I asked for a refund because at that time my policy was not issued. but still now i am not getting my money back from the policy bazaar. i already several time follow-ups with policy bazar but they said it is pending from insurance company. today i talked with a star health executive he said payment will be refunded by the policy bazaar so please contact them, i am not well due to continuous mental harassment by the policy bazaar.
sir my hard-earned money is stuck, and your intervention is required in this matter.
