There was a health policy (Star Health), which i had taken for my wife from policy bazar. *th June was the renewal date of it and i had requested to policy bazar to make some changes in it i.e. addition of New members *. Myself *. my daugther. Accordingly they confirmed the New premium amount i.e. Rs ***** for year. I paid the same on **th May. I had some medical history therefore at the time of proposal, i have mentioned the same & submitted related docs on *th June. After assessment of submitted docs, i got a call from policy bazar that insurer (Star health) rejected me to add in this policy however my daughter can be added in it. After this i sent my written consent to policy bazar that please continue this policy with my wife & daughter & share the revised premium amount & balance amount refund me on **rd July, **. Then finally star health issued policy (incl. my wife & daugther) & shared related docs on *nd August having premium amount of Rs ****. From *nd august to till date i am awaiting for balance amount refund i.e. *****-**** = ****. which i had paid extra at the time of renewal. Always i got response from policy bazaar that we are constantly following up with the insurer, please allow us * days to get back to you with updates. At the end i have to take this step to file complaint against them.
