This is in a frustrated response to easemytrip leadership. Perhaps, I shall follow it up with another email to your senior leadership. The level of unprofessionalism is unprecedented at easemytrip booking strata.

I have had multiple times contacted your team/s for a date change as my brother had to change his flying plans... due to a medical emergency. But for you people, every case is a walk in the park. Your response time is pathetic.

We had closed on the rates and the charges suggested by the team, but by the time your follow up response came through, the prices have gone up nearly *.* times. How can this goof up on your end be explained! Who is to take the fiduciary responsibility for this very clear lack of responsible behavior on your part?

I had requested earlier for a connection to the floor incharge or a supervisor, but your oversmart booking agent (Shivani) would smartly avert it. The call, expectedly, never came!

There is no way to reach customer care apart from that s****y waiting time phone line provided as a solo way to connect, even when the customer has already booked tickets from your side. It would be so much better for everyone, if you guys just chose some other industry as your primary profession!

I am quite certain this is again going to fall on deaf ears, but I'd certainly find a way to ensure the correct culpability. Once identified, the needful shall be done.
