- Picked my onplus brand tv but not replace tv Closed

Myself Muni This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased One Plus TV Y*seria and Amount of Rs.*****.**through FLIPKART on dated **.**.****. On dated**.**.**** TV got display problem and I raised complaint throughFLIPKART Customer Care and ONEPLUS TV Customer andComplaint Document No INSI ********* Dt:**.**.**** and IN*****TV********* Dt:**.**.****.
And on **.**.**** OnePlus Executive Shiva Prasad Mobile No: ********** came to my home and informed me that the TV screen is ordered for fixing to my TV. And again on **.**.**** I received call from same One Plus Executive and he informed that the TV can’t be repaired and informed me that the Old TV will be replaced by New OnePlus TV of same Model.
And on **.**.**** my Old TV was collected by the OnePlus Executive Jwaharlal, Mobile No: **********and he has given me an acknowledgement copy in which it was written as within ** hours Voucher code will be received to my Mail ID and that Voucher code can be used in OnePlus Online Store for purchasing New OnePlus TV.
I raised a complaint in National Consumer Help line Grievance Number: ******* Dt: **.**.**** for my T.V and even after so many days I did not received any Voucher Code and the TV company and OnePlus is not responding properly to my calls. On **.**.**** I received Voucher code from One Plus Team leader she name is shilaja mobile No.********** through WhatsApp and not officially through Company and when I tried to redeem the Voucher, it is showing the Voucher is already used and I conveyed the same to the OnePlus company so many times but no proper response from them.
I have also complained about the second time in National Consumer Help line
Grievance Number: ******* Dt:**.**.**** that the voucher code is not working , but the oneplus company did not give the proper response to me.
Till today I am contacting the oneplus company on phone calls, and they are giving me trouble by not giving me my T.V.
So, I here request you to look into the matter and resolve my Case at the earliest. All the Supporting Documents are attached here with for your kind review.
