I opened an Online salary account with IDFC in the month of May ****. All the verifications are done and Video KYS was also done. I did receive my First salary in the account. In the Month of June I had a cheque deposited from one of the Developer for ** Lakhs on **th June, to my surprise that payment got rejected and also the have rejected my Salary credit which was to happen the same day. When called the customer care there was no proper response, hence walked upto the branch where in I was only given the Jazz that KYC is not done so thats the reason it got rejected. As per me I have done the KYC and as per them Its not done. My Company Finance team called and informed me that IDFC has rejected the NEFT transfer and I was left with no salary and my Property Deal was also called off as I couldnt pay the money and my Advance money also gone. I had bills to pay on *nd of every month and these people were not willing to give me in writing that the KYC is done.
