amity university noida - partial refund of fee

my daughter took admission in amity noida in the month of July. Last date of admission was **/*/****. we deposited fee in two installmets . last date to submit the fee was */*/****. we paid Rs. *,**,*** and applied for withdrawal in the month of November online as well as sending them all the documents by post also.at the time of admission in the offer letter and in admission microsite faq section they mentioned that they follow ugc norms for refund and according to ugc guidelines (**/*/****)for refund i am entitled to get full refund but they refunded me only rs. ***** which was security deposit. through mails i asked them same their reply was that they followed auup guide line since i took admission before release of new guidelines . no where in the guidelines of ugc thay have mentioned such clause even on **/**/**** ugc released a letter/notice stating that all universities must follow the refund policy as given in their guidelines. have written to nodal officer vicechancellor and registrar of amity but no reply from their end . clearly they have misled me by stating that they follow ugc policy for refund at the time of admission. helding up my amount and not giving any explanation for the same is like a mental torture.
