Amity university Noida - Refund fraud by Amity University Noida

I had taken admission in Amity Noida in BSc Biotechnology (H) course but since I got into a Central University, I dropped the seat and put forth a refund request and according to UGC, I should receive the full refund but Amity refunded only the security deposit of Rs.***** in place of the entire course fee of Rs.*****. So there’s currently a deficit of Rs.*****. I’m having financial issues now and need this money urgently and UGC is not doing anything. Every time I call them, they say they are in touch with Amity. Please help.
