Amity university Noida - Fee not refunded

On ** aug i got the admission offer letter from amity university Noida....In the admission letter it was written that the commencement date is **th sept and last date of paying the fee is **th September but i applied to Amity to be on the safer side as I was waiting for my cuet results so I didn't attend the first class and also didn't paid the fees and after that college of arts delhi university exam was delayed so then also I wasn't able to pay the fees of amity after waiting too long on **th nov I called the councellor of amity university Noida and asked them wherever I can join the class after paying the fee the councellor immediately said that request for extension for fee payment and u will get the link on admission microsite the link appeared on my microsite I did the first semester payment i.e ₹***** on **th nov due to some health issues I was not able to travel from Indore to noida so finnally we reached Noida on **th nov and i again called the admission helpline of amity noida and talked to councellor for further admission process she said yes u can come and do the further process also come with your original documents as soon as we reached there they one wo sits on the reception she said the admission are closed i said but I hav paid the fee and today itself i hav talked to to councellor the they started to do all the dramas regarding that we will give u the admission but u will be debbared for this semester or u can take ur refund of only ₹***** from total of ₹*****.....after listening to all this shit they where talking me and my parents got really stressed......I don't know why the councellor is giving wrong information that the admissions are open if they have closed the admission.....Amity is a big scam.....they do scam for money.....worst university I have known.....pls let me know if anyone can help me with this.
