Amity university Noida - Not refunding my fees

I withdraw my admission on **th September ****, after submitting fees of **k on **rd September. It's been ** days and they haven't refunded my amount yet. Also they are going against ugc guidelines which states that- ***% refund ** days before finally notifying admission close date. And their admissions are still on and no official notification has been released by them about closing of admission. Still they are refusing to refund my full amount back and saying to cut **,*** from **k.
They are giving illogical and Baseless explanations for this unfairness. Please help. In this pandemic time I can't afford to loose **k, even after withdrawing my admission *rd day after submitting fees.
Need urgent help.
