I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the delayed processing of my refund for the withdrawal of my admission from the Amity Online MBA program (Application No. *******).
It has now been over ** days since my initial request for withdrawal and refund, and despite following up multiple times, I have not received any acknowledgment or response from the student support team. This lack of communication is both disappointing and frustrating, especially as I had submitted my request well within the required timeline.

Given that I have not yet undergone document verification, and the academic session has not commenced, I am clearly eligible for a refund as per the university's own refund policy.
I kindly urge you to prioritize this matter and provide me with a confirmation of the cancellation and refund process at the earliest.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the UGC Grievance Redressal Cell and other relevant educational authorities. I hope it will not come to this, and that this issue can be resolved swiftly.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
